Bio:
Roddy earned a B.S. and two M.S. Degrees in Engineering and Management from the University of Missouri – Rolla. He is a registered professional engineer and served as Manager of the Water System for City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri. He is currently Director of SWMO Water working to acquire the next water resource for Southwest Missouri. He has participated in volunteer engineering projects in several third-world countries and has published and/or presented over 35 technical papers.
