Bio:
Jason Afinowicz is the national practice leader for Integrated Water Resource Planning at Freese and Nichols. His experience includes almost 20 years of planning for water supply issues including state and regional water planning, water conservation and drought management, hydrologic modeling, and water management strategy development and evaluation.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering and a Master of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas. He is a member of the American Water Works Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers and is also a graduate of the Texas Water Leaders Program.
