The congressional appropriations process

Van Scoyoc Associates has developed a timeline of key benchmarks in the congressional appropriations process to guide NWSA members as they seek funding for a project or program. As expected, the timing of appropriations work will be delayed at certain points as the Biden Administration develops its first Annual Budget. The Appropriations Committees are expecting to receive the Annual Budget in mid-April.
