NWSA introduces its first formal Strategic Plan

Over the past several months, a working group has been hard at work developing NWSA's first formal Strategic Plan. The Plan was introduced to NWSA membership at the NWSA Annual Meeting in Kansas City on October 29, 2021. The Plan highlights NWSA's Vision and Mission, and forges a path forward to maintain and enhance the organization's effectiveness and influence. With this guiding document finalized, the next step is to develop a workplan to implement our priority strategies and tactics.


All NWSA members are encouraged to participate in the development of the workplan, as well as provide expertise on specific strategies and tactics to help NWSA fully execute its Mission and achieve its Vision. The Strategic Plan can be found at the link below.
