On Wednesday, October 14th, NWSA Executive Director Dave Mitamura participated in a White House conference call announcing President Trump's Executive Order, Modernizing America's Water Resource Management and Water Infrastructure. Among the imperatives in the E.O. is the official establishment of the Water Subcabinet. The Water Subcabinet is charged with developing a national water strategy, reducing inefficiency and duplication across federal agencies, and improving planning for Federal investment in water infrastructure.
