Defining Waters of the US

On November 18, 2021, the U.S. Department of the Army and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a proposed rule to re-establish the pre-2015 definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS). The proposed rule and comment period have not yet been published in the Federal Register.
