The DC Roundtable 2020 is CANCELLED
March 31 - April 2, 2020
In the interest of the health and safety or our Members and guests,
and due to travel and meeting restrictions invoked due to COVID-19,
the DC Roundtable 2020 is cancelled.
We do not plan to reschedule the event this year.

Please remember to cancel your reservations at the Doubletree Crystal City Hotel at (703) 416-4100, as well as your transportation reservations related to the meeting. WSWC will be processing refunds in due time. For those of you have paid a registration fee, please be patient as we sort through the process and prepare to issue your refund.

NWSA, WSWC, and ICWP convene the DC Roundtable meeting, to include updates and discussions with federal agency officials. Lunch will be provided, and a reception will be held in the evening.

Wednesday, April 1; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
NWSA will hold its general membership meeting, as well as meet with the Corps of Engineers Water Supply Team. MG Scott Spellmon and the Corps Water Supply Team have confirmed their participation from 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Lunch on your own. Thursday, April 2; 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
NWSA, WSWC, and ICWP will meet with Federal Agency Water Subcabinet officials to discuss collaborative initiatives.

The early bird registration rate for NWSA Members is $450, prior to February 29, 2020. The non-member rate (and rate for NWSA Members after February 28) is $495.
​
Our meetings will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Crystal City, located at 300 Army Navy Drive, Arlintgon, VA. The room block rate through February 28 starts at $229 per night. The Doubletree provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Reagan National Airport. The hotel also offers a discounted parking rate of $19 per day to meeting attendees.
