ANNUAL MEETING 2022
August 22 - 24
NATIONAL WATER SUPPLY ALLIANCE
NWSA Annual Meeting 2022
Perspectives from the Upper Missouri River Basin
The National Water Supply Alliance held its 2022 Annual Meeting in Bismarck, ND, on August 22-24, 2022. The meeting was hosted by the North Dakota Department of Water Resources, and we welcomed 43 attendees, which included a contingent of 11 Corps of Engineers representatives.
As always, we heard from several excellent speakers, and the Corps of Engineers representatives engaged with us on various challenges for water supply policy. In that regard, NWSA expresses its gratitude to the Corps of Engineers for their very attentive and active participation in the meeting. The very strong participation by the Corps at NWSA meetings is key to developing sensible water supply policy and enhancing management of the nation's water supply.
NWSA thanks the State of North Dakota for its hospitality. In addition, NWSA appreciates the sponsorships of Houston Engineering and Jones Fortuna LP. NWSA meetings are made possible by these supportive and generous sponsors.
